With over 11 years of experience with us, Frank is our Production Supervisor and has held various roles within the fabrication shop. Trained as a Millwright Technician, he also holds a diploma in Business Management.

Assisting the Sales department to align customer and manufacturing capabilities, Nicolas is our Product Development Manager and has been with Federal Screen since 2017.

Paul, our Shop Manager has over 20 years of manufacturing and engineering expertise. He is a natural problem solver, dedicated to creating high-quality products and improving efficiency for our custom fabrication shop.

Since 2008, Donna our Senior Project Manager has been helping our clients with their filtration needs. She’s often the go-to for many of our clients as she follows the project throughout the entire process to ensure it’s delivered on time.
